CamCarDer now creates fixed size clips

To make recorded clips more “manageable”, application now creates fixed-size clips (user may choose: 1, 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes). When time for one clip is over, next will start recording automatically. When play back those clips in the app, user may auto-play next click at the end of a current one or simply stop.

Also there was a minor issue fix: when device stopped moving, speed marker is now showing “–” instead of non-zero speed in some cases.
